But his neuts ain’t one.
In a surprising and uplifting turn of events those guys are up, and Scott is feeling much better! It’s so encouraging to have him back, feeling a bit more like himself – with an appetite to boot. While there is still work to be done in terms of recovery from this round of chemo (figuring out his bowels and pain management) things are certainly looking up!
I also had the pleasure of giving him an album of over 100 photos of familiar faces puckering up with their Red Lipstick. It was amazing to see him look through the photos, recognizing people from all different parts of his life. He was so happy, and grateful. As much for the physical gift, as the encouragement and support behind the lens that the photos demonstrated.
I took for granted that people would have red lipstick on hand when the requests went out for photos. We received some very creative contributions, and it was entertaining to see where folks went with the challenge. It really felt like you had fun with this, and it’s refreshing to look through these pics and see those faces smiling back.
I can’t say enough how appreciative we are for the support we continue to receive. We are so blessed. We are so grateful. Thank you.

Awww what a lovely post to read and we’re happy to hear Scott is perking up and feeling better! Cheers to better days ahead xoxox
