If the mountain won’t come to Mohammed

Ringing in 2016 with pad Thai and sparkling water in the common room.

Proof that good friends can make a fun night out of even a crappy situation. And that its ok if the party shuts down at 9pm.

Oh – and though he can’t drink craft (unpasteurized) beer while immunosuppressed Scott’s appetite for his favourite beverage has returned and he is anxious for that first sip. Again… C’monnn neuts.

Here’s to 2016.

  1. Sounds like a great party. Happy New Year to the whole family. Stay positive Scott – my 75 year old Dad had a similar blood disorder (although not cancerous) called aplastic anemia, and with the great staff at Juravinski, he went from not likely to make it past Christmas 2014, to normal blood counts today and no transfusions in over a year and a half.
